Las tres suites de Stow House tienen vistas al océano con grandes puertas pivotantes de madera que dan a una terraza privada. El dormitorio principal tiene baño en suite, mientras que los otros dos dormitorios tienen un baño compartido.

Los jardines que rodean la Stow House conducen a la piscina al pie de la pequeña colina en la que está construida. La piscina de 15 metros situada en el fondo del jardín tiene un borde infinito que coincide con el horizonte del océano.
La casa Stow ha sido especialmente diseñada para animar a sus visitantes a disfrutar de la belleza del paisaje que la rodea. La amplia zona de estar, en el corazón de la casa Stow, se abre completamente al jardín con vistas al océano. La sala de estar y el comedor se encuentran en un espacio abierto y, para aquellos que quieran cocinar, también hay una pequeña cocina de galería en la misma zona. Los huéspedes también tienen la opción de comer al aire libre con una zona de comedor en el jardín equipada con un puesto de barbacoa.
La Stow House cuenta con dos amas de llaves/cocineras, un jardinero y un gerente, por lo que los huéspedes están bien atendidos. Las comidas pueden elegirse de entre los menús y ser preparadas por el personal con ingredientes frescos de origen local. El marisco sería la opción más fresca, ya que los huéspedes pueden incluso ver a los pescadores trayendo su cena justo delante de la casa. Hay una puerta al fondo del jardín que da acceso a un camino que lleva a la playa.
The Stow house is ideally located to travel to the tourist hub of Galle or the National Wildlife parks at Yala or Udawalawe, all are just a few hours away. Closer to the villa, guests can see one of the world's tallest blowholes, called "Hoo Maniya". And just across the bay, they will find the Turtle Conservation Project in Rekawa and whale and dolphin watching in Mirissa.
10/10What a wonderful property! This is our second visit to the Stowhouse, and we loved everything of it. Stunning location, beautiful design, and great staff. What more could we ask for? Looking forward to coming back Soon!
10/10Thank you so much for sharing this piece of paradise with us. From the stunning sunrise, waking up to the sound of the waves, delicious meals throughout the day., adventures around Tangalle, and the spectacular wildlife. We loved every moment of our stay. Kumara and Nuska were wonderful, cooking fantastic meals, bringing us fresh juices, and even doing our laundry. We enjoyed every conversation with them. Kumara helped to arrange excursions- a safari in Udawalawe and a morning visit to the fish market in the harbor ( This is a must-do!) They were fantastic and made our trip. We'll remember Stow House for years to come. Endless thanks
10/10The villa is nice with such a huge open space. It seems to you that you are living in the nature. You can see / hear monkeys, peacock, iguane, birds in the garden nearby. It is nice to go down to the sea, crossing the greengarden. You can hear the sound of the waves crashing on the rocks down the villa. Maybe you could be disturbed a little by this type of noise for sleeping (1 person on 6, as for us) The pool is big and the water is warm (32°C at the evening). The staff is so friendly, available. Special mention for the cook and her delicious food. We also did appreciate the help of Verena, the manager of the villa. To have a local mobile phone at disposal provided by the villa is also very convenient. Something to improve : the trickle of hotwater in the shower of the master room is very, very little... If you book the villa, don't forget to ask for the way to reach the villa. It is very useful
