Sitting along a sweeping coast close to Galle, Villa Sisindu C overlooks a vast expanse of turquoise waters and fine, golden sand. Located close to paradisiacal beaches, dive centres, tea plantations and an array of fascinating cultural sites, it is the perfect vacation rental for travellers keen on delving in to explore Sri Lanka’s myriad attractions.
Two commodious bedrooms make Villa Sisindu C an ideal retreat for small families or couples on a tropical getaway. The turquoise hues present in the room is reminiscent of the azure ocean, and serves as a perfect choice of colour for a beachfront vacation rental. Draw back the flowing drapes to reveal a cosy balcony offering scenic views of the coastlines. At night, let the sonorous waves and cooling breeze of the sea gently lull you into deep slumber.
The picturesque grounds of the villa contain a courtyard, veranda, garden and ambalama. Sun seekers will be happy to lay back upon the sun loungers during the day. When the tropical heat gets overwhelming, take a splash in the cooling waters of the pool, or retire to the shade of the thatched-roof pavilion. Whichever spot you pick, keep your gaze straight on, and feast on glorious views of the boundless ocean.
Tastefully decorated with an artistic flair, Villa Sisindu C boasts breezy living and dining areas coloured in neutral hues. Intricate ornaments and fixtures in a vibrant shade of turquoise enliven the interiors, and the soaring ceilings create a sense of spaciousness. Vacation makers relaxing in the living or dining spaces will be tempted towards taking a refreshing swim, for these two living spaces are just a few steps away from the sparkling pool.
Occupying a prime location, Villa Sisindu sits within close proximity to a variety of travel attractions. Make a day excursion to explore the intriguingcultural sites within charming Galle Fort, or embark on an exploratory tour of the Handunugoda Tea Estate. Surfing enthusiasts will eagerly make their way to ride the waves at nearby Mirissa, Weligama and Hikkaduwa, while avid divers may venture out to Unawatuna for a thrilling underwater expedition.

10/10Villa Sisindu C will forever be etched in our memories as one of those rare places that you have the good fortune to experience in your life . It is an environment of great beauty. The glorious sound of the sea, the considered attention to every detail and composition of the design, the chance to escape and rejuvenate. Santa took care of our every need with tremendous care, consideration and always with kindness. Shantha’s cooking is exquisite. He is a master of his craft. Each dish had been so lovely created and the subtly of flavours and presentation a joy for the senses. Rana’s gentle nature was a comfort as he looked after everything throughout the night. We were also delighted to be able practice Hatha yoga with Dumu at the Villa, who is an excellent and knowledgeable teacher. It has been a privileged to visit Sri Lanka and to spend time this special Villa. Thank you to Charlie and Tweenie for their vision and to their impressive staff for making our stay unforgettable.
9.8/10Gorgeous house set on an unspoilt beach accessed by a gate from the garden. We enjoyed walking along the beach to a local beach bar for sunset cocktails. Stunning decor with relaxed vibe and friendly helpful staff including a chef whose breakfasts were amazing. The house manager's nephew lives over the road and provided on tap Tuk Tuk services. Loved the local surfing and location which is away from the busier backpacking areas. Some guests might not appreciate the partial height and see-through bathroom door making the toilet in view. Will certainly rebook if we are back in this area of Sri Lanka.
10/10We unfortunately were only able to stay for 5 days at this wonderful, relaxing, charming, colourful, stylish beach house.. but we will definitely be back. The owners have created a fabulous holiday home for all to enjoy. The location is the best, the beach is long, empty and sandy. Near enough to Galle and other locations to pop out for drinks, meals or sightseeing. Shantha looks after your every need in his charming sunshine manner. Shantha treated us to the best food on the island. The only problem being that once in this beautiful home it was hard to leave as everything is just perfect. I cannot recommend it more. We were a family travelling with our 2 adult daughters. It was perfect for all of us, we all left feeling relaxed and ready to take on life on our return home. Also ready to go back there as soon as possible.
10/10Sisindu C is exactly as it appears on the website. The villa is beautiful with a crystalline pool steps away from the softest sandy beach I’ve ever been on. You go to sleep and wake up to the sound of the waves. My son was in the pool from the time his eyes opened in the morning. We were part of a larger group staying across multiple villas. It was really easy to walk between them. The Sisindu C team were brilliant. The villa was immaculate. Santa was our house keeper and coordinated everything for us. He is such a kind man and was always around to give advice or take care of our requests. If you need anything from a Tuk Tuk to a tour guide to dining and recommendations for activities, the team can assist you. Our chef, Nuwan, made the most delicious food. The spreads in the morning were fantastic. On our last night we had fresh lobsters purchased directly from a local fisherman. Perfectly cooked. Galle Forte is a short drive away and is great to go exploring. There is a sea turtle sanctuary steps away from the villa. There is an ATM and small grocery less than 100m from the villa if you need cash. Sri Lankan Rupees are accepted everywhere. We are already talking about our next trip to Sri Lanka.
10/10A fabulous family holiday. Good lcoation. The decoration is simple and neat. Congratulations to TEAM SISINDU C. Thank you to SANTA for your constant attention to NUWAN for the quality of its food and its permanent enthusiasm, without forgetting NIMAL who watched over the night. We had a really unprecedented experience.
10/10This beautiful beach fronted villa was a real haven for rest and relaxation (even with two kids under 3!) We were extremely well looked after by the wonderful house staff and the catering was of the highest standard. A villa I would and have recommended to anyone planning a trip to the Galle coast.
10/10Absolutely superb in all senses. Even hard to distinguish the best part of our experience - was it villa itself, delicious food made every evening by Ranaweera, kindness of Santa or overall atmosphere.
