Другая спальня служит телевизионной гостиной виллы с атмосферным освещением и кондиционером. В ванной комнате есть душ с горячей водой, туалет и умывальник с бесплатными туалетными принадлежностями. Предоставляется качественное постельное белье и полотенца.
Сад виллы выходит прямо к золотым пескам пляжа. Вид на море просто прекрасен, а атмосфера спокойна и безмятежна. Здесь есть удобные кресла и обеденный стол на открытом воздухе, за которым можно позавтракать под шум моря или провести романтический ужин под звездами.

Вилла расположена прямо на пляже, в отличие от большинства других вилл на Шри-Ланке, так что это уже большой плюс. Деревня - местная, жилая и очень дружелюбная. Отличное место, чтобы увидеть настоящую шриланкийскую жизнь и насладиться уединением и приватностью. Залив Датч-Бей абсолютно прекрасен с золотыми песками и бирюзовыми водами. Центр Тринкомали, железнодорожный и автобусный вокзалы находятся всего в нескольких минутах езды на тук-туке, а рядом (в 10 минутах) есть большой супермаркет с кондиционером. Сезон дождей отличается от сезона дождей на южном побережье Шри-Ланки. Больше всего дождей выпадает в ноябре и декабре. Погода и состояние моря в эти месяцы могут отличаться от представленных на фотографиях.

10/10This is a wonderful place set up as a home away from home, perfect for long stays with all the amenities. The cold water dispenser, fresh fruit, bedside jewellery holder, daily housekeeping, and an amazing breakfast and clean up in the morning were just some of the unexpected extras which made the stay feel luxurious. The covered patio with a fan made even rainy days lovely. I can't recommend this little gem of a place enough. The crowning highlight is the absolutely stunning beach which is accessed directly through the courtyard garden via a small terrace with lounger chairs.

The location was perfect for a peaceful holiday on the beach, with plenty of restaurants & attractions within an easy tuktuk ride.We were well looked after by a wonderful team of ladies led by Kasthuri & transported far & wide by Roshan. We wouldn't hesitate to return in the future.

10/10Immediately upon arrival this place felt fantastic, from the house you are immediately with your feet in the sand. A beautiful view over the sea and the beach. It felt like our private beach. The good care of Kasthuri and her team was fantastic, as described in each review below. Very warm and genuine. Communication with Kian was very good and fast ! We recommend the house and Trincomalee too much. Also don't forget to visit the temple in the town, a party for the eye !

10/10We had a wonderful stay. We loved the wonderful local neighborhood. Though it was off season we enjoyed everything. We recommend having the guesthouse next door cook for you, very good crab cirry. We will be back!
9.8/10We stayed two nights here and really enjoyed our time. Being able to walk out directly to the beach for a swim was lovely. Trinco is full of colour and bustle, and we found lots to do for a couple of days (visiting the Hindu temple, going to Pigeon Island). The house is full of character and is clean and well equipped with a friendly local team who will make breakfast and refill the water cooler etc. The only improvement would be mosquito nets as the house is open to the elements and we got a few bites.
10/10We enjoyed our stay there so much, that it’s hard to find words to describe it. Especially if you travel with kids it’s so much better to have your own house right at the beach rather than staying in a hotel where you are trapped in your room and have to walk past the lobby to get somewhere. Here we could jag open the door to go swimming or on the other side of the house to be in the road. We also really enjoyed being able to cook for our son, some dishes we’re just too spicy. There was even a mixer to make some fresh fruit shakes. Just a bit further down the road you can snorkel along the rocks (all the snorkeling tours stop there). We really enjoyed that too. Kasthuri came by every day to bring breakfast (8am was a bit late for us, because we get up around 6 but it was nice ti habe the option). She also did some housekeeping twice a day which we never experienced in any of the places we’ve stayed at before. We felt right at home from the start and were very sad to leave.

10/10Great place in little paradise! When you are looking for a nice, private and less touristic, relative quiet stay in the Trinco area this is the place to be. Our family with 2 kids stayed here for our last five nights of our 3 week SL trip in july. We loved to unwind at this nicely styled and decorated private 2 airco bedroom home with lovely patio entering the beach. Well equiped kitchen, including breakfast served by Grace and the two other caretakers (diner optional). Two private sunbeds and parasol on the beach. The house is situated on the end of a local beach, a few steps away from the local fisherman. Warm welcome by Lillie, the local house manager. Next door is a Dyke restaurant and hostel with small menu. In the bay is a well organised and good Epic diving school wich also organise snorkling and dolphin watching trips. Center of Trinco ca. 15 - 20 min walk or 4 min tuktuk ride. For more touristic hustle and bustle Uppuvelli beach, bars and restaurants is 15 min tuk tuk drive (ca. 300-400 rps) away. Taxi drive to the international Colombo airport will take ca. 6 hours by car. We ”ll recommend this house to friends and family and would definitly stay again when we are in SL.
10/10We really loved the feel of this house. It has a real cute and authentic but still very comfortable vibe. The ocean on your (back)doorstep, what else can you wish for? The lovely team of Grace and all the other ladies, really take care of breakfast and the house very well. Thank you so much for the hospitality.
10/10We had a wonderful stay at Villa 232! We loved to go on the markets and cook ourself in the nice small kitchen. It was beautiful to just open the door and make a step to the very nice beach! It was the best beach to swim for our children and the water was crystal-clear! The Communication with Kian and Grace was very good! We hope to come again!
