Aryan Beach Villa

We stayed at Aryan Beach Villa for 10 nights and didn’t want to leave!! The villa is beautiful and right on the beach although we didn’t use the beach at all. The villa pool was perfect for our group of four adults and we made use of the outside seating/bar area every day too. Kokila and his team looked after us so well and nothing was too much trouble for them. We mostly ate in the villa as the meals were excellent and such good value. We would highly recommend Aryan Beach Villa and will definitely return if we visit Sri Lanka again.

My wife and I plus another couple had an amazing 10 days holiday staying in the beautiful Aryan Beach Villa in Sri Lanka. The bedrooms were all a good size and well equipped (all en-suite) with comfortable beds and lovely bed linen. The dining area, lounge and kitchen were ideal for us and great for relaxing when we needed. The grounds had an amazing outdoor area for enjoying snacks and drinks by the wonderful pool and access to the beach and sea was just a few short steps. Although the highlight has to be the wonderful staff who just could not do enough for us. Kokila, the Manager, ensured every requirement we had was dealt with quickly and efficiently. The housekeeping staff of Thushara and Kanna kept the place spotless and secure. All the food we had during our stay was superbly prepared by chef Piyal and we all left very satisfied and have been missing our egg hoppers and lentil curry for breakfast. The photos you see when booking look amazing and we were extremely pleased to see that it’s even better in real life. Sofi who was our Villa Finder concierge was excellent in coordinating all our needs for arrival and additional requests during the stay.

Great villa, right on the beach far from any other hotels so you get absolute privacy here. The staff is amazing, providing great service always with smile and ready to help you arrange anything you might need. Thank you, Mr. Hasitha for making our stay enjoyable! If you’re looking for relaxing stay without tourists in sight, this is the spot.

We had an amazing time here, especially when you consider value for money. The staff were fantastic - truly amazing honestly !! They catered to our every need and went above and beyond - cudos to Hasitha the property manager. This was a family trip for us with seven adults and two little ones. The rooms were large and spacious, especially the master suites. They were also clean and welcoming. A few minor cosmetic imperfections but easily overlooked. The pool was clean and the pool/outdoor dining area was a bonus gathering space in the evening. The beach in front of the villa was cleaned (assuming the staff did this) but further down there was rubbish - but didn’t impact our experience. Finally, the food was also on point - we mainly stuck to Sri Lankan food and had the barbecue. The common area has AC which was a plus in the April heat. We also had WiFi throughout the space even the outdoor area. They pretty much throught of everything. Definitely will visit again and thank you for an amazing stay.

Our villa was great in terms of privacy, as the closest hotel (and tourists were more than 20minutes walk away down the beach. That also meant that there were no bars or restaurants nearby, and you had to fully rely on the staff to prepare the meals for you. I was all perfect for us as we were going for a quiet, relaxing vacation. But veryone should consider what they are going for.

Highly recommended as a wonderful place to stay! Our family of 8 stayed in the villa for 2 nights. Clean, spacious, delicious food and AMAZING pool. The on-site team is wonderful and supportive.

This is our second time spending new years here with family. Its the perfect getaway. Feels like paradise with the beach and sunsets. The service is 10/10 and the rooms are clean and organized. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is coming to sri lanka. BEAUTIFUL

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this villa, and I must say it offers an excellent combination of price and quality. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a relaxing vacation. The photos provided are entirely accurate, and the warm reception we received made our stay even more enjoyable. The villa is well-guarded, providing a sense of security throughout our stay. The breakfasts were delicious, making for a great start to each day. We enjoyed the comfortable pool, and the premium access to the ocean, just 30 seconds away, was a standout feature. The service provided by the staff, from the airport to the villa, was truly five-star. It was undoubtedly one of the best decisions we made for our trip to Sri Lanka.

I booked this place last minute and somehow didn't realise I was renting out an entire villa. This place was amazing - absolutely breathtaking. I've never stayed somewhere so nice. The views were incredible and the bedrooms were stunning. Breakfast was great!

The House is magnificent and beautifully located on the beach. It's spotless and very comfortable (great slightly more firm pillows and a comfy bed which are big ones for me). The pool is GREAT as is the outside chill area. It's a really beautiful villa. Hasitha, the guy that was there to assist us was great - very helpful and respected out request for privacy. Communication in general was top notch. The view of the sea from the upper level is magnificent.

Nice, beautiful, big villa. Very friendly staff! Everything is cleaned, everything is always clean and tidy. Wi-Fi always worked, the territory is large with a park (if you rent a car or bike). Direct access to the sea, clean good pool. We are very happy with the holiday! Thanks to the staff!!

The villa is beautiful!!! No words to describe it! Very clean, elegant, beautifully furnished! The spaces are huge, the staff is very kind! The beach in front of Villa is amazing, endless! An unforgettable place, too bad we stayed only one night, we will definitely be back for more days and enjoy the beauty of that place!
