The tropical and classic vibe is further accentuated by swaying palm trees and local lush greens surrounding its outdoors, as well as tasteful furniture pieces and decor by local artisans with cream yellow walls for its indoors. With 5 gorgeous bedrooms to boot, they can sleep 10 guests maximum. Out of these, 4 are double bedrooms and the last being the children’s bedroom. Air-conditioning and ensuite bathrooms are provided in all 5 rooms and the vibe that each room projects is an exquisite blend of what’s classic with local elements of materials used and what’s decidedly modern with clean and sleek lines in its design.
The outdoors consist of a 18metre swimming pool with its alluring turquoise waters, which also has a 5m X 3m shallow end for kids. A pool fence is also available to ensure safety of the young. Surrounding this pool area are 6 sun loungers and 3 sun umbrellas for guests to lounge around with drinks or books while taking in the cool and sunny environment all around.
The interiors are homey and cosy with stylish and minimalist local wooden furnishings and items as well as traditional-styled floor tiling that lends authenticity and so much personality to the home’s olden-day architecture. There is a fully-equipped kitchen at guests’ disposal, while little servings of modernity are found in its smart television, bluetooth sound system and high-speed Wifi connection for guests’ entertainment and social media or communication needs.

10/10We had an amazing stay as a group of 7 adults at the villa. The pictures are an exact match to what you’ll be able to enjoy during your stay. The villa is spacious, clean & private. Feel like you are in your own private oasis. The villa manager Chaminda & his staff were beyond helpful & friendly. The breakfast each morning was outstanding, we all could not get enough of the pancakes! Highly recommend a stay with a big group as there is so much space & privacy. We lived outdoors & absolutely loved it. Lots of cute local cafes, restaurants & beach hideaways to discover when staying local or a quick 10 min tuk tuk ride drops you right into Mirissa where there are more options if you want them. The neighbourhood reminded us of Bali 20 years ago before it got super developed & busy. You’ll never want to leave!
10/10What can I say, but.....wow! We had 5 kids and 4 adults on our holiday and this house could not have been more perfect. The amazing breakfasts every morning, teh huge pool, teh cleaning service done beautifully each day. wow. wow. wow. loved it all. Thank you!

After offering us a free upgrade to the bigger villa located directly at the ocean, Rooan and his team went above and beyond to ensure we felt right at home. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality were unmatched, making us feel like valued guests throughout our stay. Whether it was booking a safari for us or making dinner reservations, the team supported with any request or concern we had. Hence, with its prime location, superb service, excellent food, and great communication, it’s a destination I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a relaxing getaway. 10/10Amit, is a very gracious host who helped us with everything from local tips, to arranging things on a near drop of a hat. from start to the end! The villa is spacious, well appointed and generously stocked with local fruits and coffee, pool is amazing and there are many nice restaurants and beaches within a short walk. We stayed for over a week and felt like home. The entire crew is amazing; if i ever find myself back in this part of Sri Lanka, I would stay with Amit.
