Thank you for your interest in our villas. We look forward to speaking with you!
Hugging close to the coastline of Dikwella, Ani Villas is an expansive beachfront villa complex containing two individual villas - the eight bedroom Villa Monara, and seven bedroom Villa Divia. Set upon a sprawling tropical garden, the villa complex sits atop a bluff on the central south coasts, commanding a stunning view of pristine white shores and azure blue waters. A luxury vacation rental like no other, Ani Villas Sri Lanka boasts lush amenities, fine interiors and impeccable service.
Set upon a sprawling garden, the picturesque grounds of Villa Monara contains tropical blooms and towering palms. Guests at this dreamy vacation abode will enjoy lounging about in the breezy open plan salas, or taking dips in the expansive beachfront swimming pool. A children’s pool with water slide facilities ensures that the young ones will have a wild time frolicking out in their water playground. The arrival of dusk is a signal for vacation makers to slip out of the swimming pool, and make their way towards the pool bar for a round of sundowners.
Built for rest and relaxation, the interiors of Villa Monara are a pleasing and comforting sight. Wooden fixtures and light colours create an ambience of cosiness, while tasteful ornaments spice up the soothing simplicity of its interiors. Guests can enjoy a quiet evening browsing through their favourite books in the library, or indulge in a cheerful session of games and film watching in the entertainment room.
At the end of a fun-filled day, it is time to sink down into a deep slumber. Holidaymakers at Villa Monara will gladly retreat into the well-appointed bedrooms within the villa. Four of the bedrooms are capacious master suites, while the remaining four are suites.
Travellers residing at Ani Villas will have a plethora of travel activities to choose from. Water sports enthusiasts will have a fine time riding the waves on a surfboard, or venturing out to the sea for a fascinating session of whale watching. Nature lovers may embark on an insightful visit to one of Sri Lanka’s gorgeous animal reserves, while cultural buffs will delight in taking an expedition to explore tea plantations located close by.
We had the privilege of staying at Ani for 3 nights, and there were only three of us! The place is huge and it could easily host a party for 500 people, so suffice it to say, we had more than enough room. Overall the property is breathtaking, and is so unlike the tiny (and poorly designed) rooms at Amanwella. And incidentally, many of the staff used to work at various Aman properties around the world before that company was taken in a new direction. So Amanjunkies (or former Amanjunkies)--this is the place to be in Sri Lanka, despite the fact that there are several other pretty nice places in the south. I met everyone from the CEO to the GM here and they understand hospitality, or at least the way I like to think of it, and the way that the absolute best places in the world seem to embrace it. Friendly, approachable, personable but highly competent. It's way beyond the Four Seasons or an Aman. The staff are amazing and amazingly friendly; the food is great and the pool. Oh that pool is my absolute favorite in the world! Thank you to Mr. Tim Reynolds for sharing with us your version of hospitality. We were honored to have experienced it. I just hope that we can visit the properties in the DR or Anguilla. Despite that, I do think there are a few areas to improve, but I'm just gonna write the GM a friendly letter and I'm certain he'll say "I agree! That's what we want to do!"
Super kind people and the energy is high !! Love the experionce would love to go back soon everything was breathtaking the view the food the place and how clean is the place . Wanna go every year to recharge our energy !
Bearing in mind that we were hear for an anniversary celebration, and we were a large group, the facility is fantastic. It is not the kind of place for a traveler looking for a cultural or discovery experience, it is more for the traveler looking to switch off in paradise with 5-star facilities at his/her disposal. The facilities are beautifully arranged, the staff are friendly and accommodating, the level of service is superb. The team goes out of their way to solve issues, provide odd services and needs that one might need when on a resort that is far from the city. The food was fresh, with a wide variety of local cuisines and the chef on call would always make an effort to provide us with whatever we felt like having that day even if it was not on the menu. The location was remote enough for privacy, and close enough to the villages to have a walk and meet the locals. The rooms are beautiful, regardless of their location they all have the same layout and facilities. Wifi always worked well, TV's, music, Ipads...etc made the stay more comfortable, especially if you needed to work or keep in touch.
