Great house with great pool and beautiful views to the sea. The location is really very nice and the team on site very helpful with questions, laundry service, etc. Food can be booked as an option and it is very good. Alternatively, there are also very nice places that can be reached in 5-10 minutes on foot. A supermarket is also nearby and a large fridge, tea kettle and Nespresso machine can be used. The only small drawback is the missing beach as the water goes directly to the greenback boundary. However, you can reach a beach in a few minutes' walk and go swimming in the sea. But the great pool makes up for that. In any case, we enjoyed the stay and highly recommend the house, Amit and the team.

Stella Beach Villa is in the most stunning location with an incredible view. Two of our group surfed daily just from the bottom of the garden. Beautiful lawns, planting and swimming pool. Rooms were very clean. Note there are no mosquitos nets in the fourth bedroom/bunk room. Lovely staff who kept everything immaculate. There is a great chef if required, but there are also lots of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. One point is that a kitchen is listed in the amenities - this is mis-leading as the kitchen is in a different building and belongs to the chef who also caters for the neighbouring house as well. You can only use the kitchen when it is not being used for breakfast and dinner, which makes it difficult. You can however use their plates and cutlery etc. The garden doesn't seem to be very private as there is a path along the end of the garden which is used regularly by surfers, dog walkers, etc and people watching the sunset.

Stella Beach Villa is simply stunning, surrounded by picture perfect coconut palm trees and direct ocean view. Whilst no direct access to a beach, there are some rock pools for older children and adults and a huge garden for kids to run and play safely. The pool is stunning, a large part of it is raised so our toddler and babies spent hours toddling up and down in the shaded part of the pool. We had some heavy rain due to it being July but the staff were quick to help and rolled down the sides of the villa to keep the rain out as the floors can get quite slippy when wet. The rooms were comfortable if a little dark due to the dark blinds, please be aware there are no glass windows so mosquitoes do get in, however nets are provided. Staff were quick to solve any issues we had including ordering baby food for us when we had ran out. Staff were so helpful and super friendly and the chef catered to all our needs, they also set up balloons on my babies birthday. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Stella Beach Villa. The staff were all amazing, particularly Rooan who goes above and beyond to help. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to relax and recharge.

One of a kind villa with good privacy and security. Would recommend this for team retreats or a family getaway! The swimming pool and Private beach will make your jaw drop.

Where to start. Exceptional and unforgettable experience we have in Stella Villas. We went there with 16 members 😁 We booked both beach villas, both villas were clean, big, and all equipments are available. The area is really huge, specially the main pool, very clean, good temperature. We enjoyed the the pool so much and kids stayed in pool from morning until night. Full kitchen equipments, basically everything is available for you even some spices. Chef is available to help if you bring your own food and he is washing after you if needed. Full housekeeping is available in daily basis which helped us enjoy to stay without thinking about that. Amit, Rohan, and the team did their best to make sure we are enjoying and having everything we need in spot. Including but not limited to transportation from airport to villa and all groceries we need or even currency exchange. I will recommend the villa for everyone has family and would like to have relaxing vacation.

Couldn’t imagine a better place to stay in the region, the view is breathtaking . The staff is amazing, and discret. The location is perfect, quiet and at a reasonable distance of restaurants and bars. I highly recommend to stay there!

Amit place was stunning...very nice for kids and families : pool, open dining area, amazing greenery with palm trees and huge spacee for kids to play and have fun. Rooms are very nice, some have outdoor showers. Direct access to a small beach. Not easy to swim because of the rocks but depending on the tide, there are small natural pools for kids who like to hunt for crabs and shellfish ! 1 point if you come with kids and families : slippery terrasse/floor around the pool when its wet, so take your kids anti-slippery shoes!

Very helpful and supportive host. Quick at responding and helped us with everything we needed before and during our trip. As well as excellent support from the rest of the villa staff, especially Diloshan being very supportive and consistently checking in to make sure we’re having a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Beautiful villa and area. Would definitely come back again!!

We had an amazing stay with our family and another family at Stella Beach Villa. Beautiful large, open villa with lots of bedrooms and space. Perfect for families and kids. The food was incredible and the staff incredibly friendly and helpful - including driving us to all of the secret and amazing surf breaks in the area. The villa overlooks a beautiful reef break which is great for surfing (although maybe a bit tough for beginners). The kids had a fantastic time playing in the pool, in the yard, and swimming at the beach. They also loved the villa pup, Betsy. Highly recommend. We will definitely be visiting again. But bring bug spray in case the breeze dies (and beware of the ants in the yard).

I booked the Stella Beach Villa for myself and 6 girl friends for our first surf trip. It was absolutely amazing, blew us away in everyway. The staff especially Rasika was extremely helpful, providing us surf advise, assisting with damaged board repairs, hiring of boards, tourist info, medical assistance and the food by the chefs was outstanding!! Seriously this place is paradise! The surf break is definitely not for beginners but suited us intermediate surfers. The winds did affect the waves during the middle of the day so that meant poolside relaxing or touring was in order. Definitely want to get back there again. Thank you Rusika and team
