10/10This spacious property has been built recently with a great deal of care and style to a very high standard. It is set in a lovely, serene location but within easy reach of Unawatuna and Galle. The pool is particularly enticing; lying on a sunbed watching kingfishers and other birdlife darting through the nearby trees was a very special and memorable experience. We were very well looked after throughout our stay by the friendly and quietly attentive staff.
10/10The villa is a ten-minute tuk-tuk from Galle and a five-minute tuk-tuk from the beach. Excellently appointed throughout, it offers both rooms of privacy and large communal areas. Also, a welcoming pool in an attractive and spacious garden. We particularly enjoyed the local cuisine, the trips to Galle with its fort, shopping and other delights, and our bicycling trips up and down wooded slopes and through the paddy fields. Also, a sort of cricket match in the garden! Excellently looked after by the attentive staff, we had a most relaxing and enjoyable stay.
