A family outing in Le Maas Tota Villa A beautiful villa nestled in the mountains. The rooms are well appointed, spacious, clean, tastefully decorated. Views from the front porch are mesmerizing. The staff is well trained, courteous, and attend to your needs without any hesitation. Raj, the butler, and chef, Sudhakaran, with help of their assistants will go out of the way to make your stay a memorable one. If you want a place that brings you peace and tranquility with the added bonus of great Sri Lankan hospitality, this is the place to be. You will not be disappointed.

Hidden Haven in the Hills! We booked a two night stay and Sajeewa was very helpful getting the reservation organised. We were on a 8 day trip but little we knew that we’ll be reaching the pinnacle at Villa Lé Maas Tota. Mesmerising view. Perfect sound of water flowing. Peaceful and calm. We had the entire villa which is tastefully done to ourselves. Serene environment. If you are looking for a getaway this is the place! Suda/Anuruddha/Chandana and Raj were friendly and accommodating to the core and also knew when to respect our privacy. We will definitely be back! The road is tiny and challenging. Therefore take great care in manoeuvring the vehicle.

Amazing Atmosphere One of the most mesmerizing locations in Koslanda. Beautiful villa with amazing views. Close to Diyaluma falls. The highlight is the pool and suspended daybed area overlooking the surrounding hills. Overall very good experience.

Bliss! Had a lovely stay at the villa .. the interior design of the villa is beautiful and very pleasing to the eye. The rooms and bathroom/toilet are spacious, very clean and comfortable. The staff are respectful of the privacy of guests and accomodating. We had the whole villa to ourselves and spent our time leisurely lounging/walking around the premises. The sound of the gurgling stream at the entrance, wind in the trees and chirping birds added to the already perfect ambience.The villa is perfectly located for a restful getaway. I just couldn't take my eyes away from the massive and breath taking mountain facing the villa, which seemed to have its own stories to tell.. Food was very tasty and served right on time.. Sajeev was very helpful and professional in handling the booking process. His promptness in replying to messages and readiness to accomodate our requests was much appreciated. All in all, this was a perfect getaway. Definitely looking forward to a longer stay next year!

A little piece of heaven It’s a little piece of heaven! The encompassing views, thoughtfully landscaped garden, luxurious contemporary interiors, gastronomic marvels, remarkable experiences, pure oxygen intake and attention to the details. If you are a social media freak, you have plenty to post ?. This is a luxurious gateway from one of the hospitality leaders in Sri Lanka, and hence curating lifetime experiences is nothing new for them. The in-house chef is a MAGICIAN, and the entire crew is exceptional. We are counting days to be back.

When visiting beautiful Haputale you want accommodation that is comfortable, convenient, and a pleasant experience and myself and family came into breathtaking Villa Le Mas Tota situated amidst the green landscapes Of Rice paddies offer Splendid Views Of mount Haputale.We Were welcomed “home” to Mountain View With a cosy atmosphere and a wide range of accommodation options Villa Le Mas Tota has everything you need with comfortable accommodation and a variety of amenities that will make the whole family happy, you’ll find ample kitchen facilities, infinity edge swimming pool with inbuilt jacuzzi facing lush mountains, BBQ ,breakfast and lunch on mountain view ,natural water falls and so much more. Staff was very friendly caring and hospitable with great service, and special thanks to the chef for preparing delicious food , Me and my family would love to take this opportunity to wish Villa Le Mas Tota grow on success. Thanks again to the team Villa Le Mas Tota that made our stay a good time, comforting and secure and memorable. We are sure that when we return to Sri Lanka, we will come back to Villa Le Mas Tota.
