Villa 234 - Dutch Bay is geschikt voor maximaal 4 personen. Het herbergt 1 slaapkamer met airconditioning, een tweepersoonsbed, kastruimte, badkamer en een gezellige mezzanine. De andere gasten kunnen slapen op de slaapbank in de woonkamer - een kamer die ook volledig is voorzien van airconditioning. Er zijn gratis toiletartikelen aanwezig.
De charmante privé-buitenruimte heeft witte muren, kiezelstenen en palmbomen. Er is een eettafel in picknickstijl om te ontbijten bij het geluid van de zee en vanuit de tuin heeft u toegang tot het zonnedek op het dak. Stap door de deur aan de achterkant, en u staat op het strand. Klaar voor een duik in de zee? Er zijn ligbedden en een grote parasol op het strand geplaatst om de hele dag te relaxen en een beetje aan je kleurtje te werken als je daar zin in hebt.

Er is een bank en een slaapbank waar u kunt ontspannen en films kijken op de televisie met kabelzenders en een grote bibliotheek met films. Een andere kamer herbergt de volledig uitgeruste keuken en eettafel van de villa. Boven is er een schaduwrijk zonnedek met een prachtig uitzicht op het gouden strand en de turquoise zee. Een heerlijke lounge plek voor een drankje bij zonsondergang. Neem de draagbare Bluetooth speaker mee en u bent helemaal klaar voor een romantische avond onder de sterren.
De vriendelijke, gastvrije eigenaren van Villa 234 - Dutch Bay wonen aan het eind van de weg en zijn 24/7 oproepbaar. De villa wordt geleverd met huishoudelijke diensten, maar bovenal krijgt u te genieten van veel privacy. Er is onbeperkt gratis wifi beschikbaar en er is free-flow mineraalwater, koffie en thee.
De locatie is geweldig! In tegenstelling tot de meeste andere hotels en villa's in Sri Lanka, verblijf je aan het strand, wat geweldig is en echt idyllisch! Dutch Bay is prachtig met kalm blauw en turquoise water en goudkleurig zand. Perfect om te zwemmen! Het gebied waar de villa zich bevindt is vriendelijk, residentieel en authentiek Sri Lankaans. U geniet van volledige privacy in de villa maar buiten krijgt u een glimp te zien van het authentieke Sri Lanka. Een grote supermarkt met airconditioning is vlakbij (ongeveer 10 minuten). U kunt ook naar beneden lopen naar het historische Nederlandse Fort (Fort Frederique) in ongeveer 10 minuten.

10/10We felt very comfortable, Kasthuri is a warm person, the breakfast wonderful & the location right on the beach mega. We enjoyed the rooftop terrace very much, an ideal place to relax. Great restaurants and many attractions, parking right in front of the house. We will be happy to come back. Thanks 🙏

10/10Beautiful house located right on the beach along Dutch Bay. Special mention to Kasthuri, who was fantastic and made us an amazing Sri Lankan breakfast each day. Her and her team were really accommodation and helpful whenever we needed anything. Very unique house with lots of thoughts and details that have gone into it. Would highly recommend, especially if you want nearly private access to a swimmable beach and if you prefer to be located somewhere that is a bit outside the main touristy area. Amazing stay and we can't fault it!

10/10A very special and nice place, right on the beach in the Dutch Bay. We liked to have our own place, with a cozy kitchen and garden. We received a very warm welcome and the breakfast was delicious every day. Comfortable bed. The team was always there for us and was super nice and helpful. Highly recommended!
10/10Very nice and clean accommodation in a quiet location directly on a deserted dream beach. You can watch the fishermen at work and relax and look at the sea on the elevated terrace under sun protection, which was a highlight. The team around Kasthuri was warm, cleaned daily and was immediately available for questions (thank you again at this point!). Kian and Janah were also available at all times and very quick to respond. In addition, there was plenty of information about activities such as whale watching, etc. Particularly pleasant: free, cold water and breakfast. Another highlight was the sweet striped squirrels, which sweetened our stay with their silent presence. We felt completely comfortable and can absolutely recommend the place! Cheers!
10/10lovely place and fantastic hosts with friendly and accommodating housekeeper. walking distance from many dive centres. a quiet and spacious space, quite unlike any regular housing you would find. but the quiet may come with some downside as it is a little further distance from many amenities and restaurants within the area. a great spot for quiet reprieve nonetheless
10/10The house, the town, the people, Kasthuri the housekeeper, Roshan our driver, foodie, and safari coordinator- all just magical. Then add in the beach, the food, the temples, the wildlife-just wow! The most amazing place we’ve ever visited! Highly, highly recommended!
10/10Sri Lanka has bin very good to us. But this place has it al!! Lovely place, nice kitchen and you walk straight from your bed to the sea. And then you can take a shower in the garden. We felt in love with this place. Breakfast was very nice, Sri Lanka food. We say go!
10/10This beach villa was just as described - very well appointed and maintained and literally on the beach! We loved the many outdoor spaces (dining area, roof terrace, and beach loungers outside) and enjoyed the views very much. Janah was very communicative and the housekeeper, Kasthuri, was able to get us what we needed while in Trinco. When in season, I would very much recommend staying in this villa!
10/10Villa 234 is an oceanfront paradise... Quietly located with stunning views of the bay. This place was created in order to relax away from the bustle and enjoy solitude with nature. Lovely Kasthuri and Vikki kept the house clean, prepared delicious breakfasts with juice, helped with any questions, for which I am very grateful to them! Nearby there are shops, gastronomy, ATM, it is very convenient. Janah and Kian do everything for the comfort of guests and are ready to help at any time. I'm very happy to meet them! It was the best 3 weeks of vacation. I will definitely come back here :)
10/10The most beautiful and peaceful spot! Doorway onto the beach with crystal clear water, what more could you want! The sheltered balcony gives you a beautiful view, we watched an electric storm roll in over the water. Outside shower is an awesome addition. Everything you need is in the property, great a/c etc. Dutch bay is a quiet spot away from the busy tourist areas of Trincomalee. Bakery and ice cream vans regularly come down the street, there are little local shops and bakery very close. We met a great tuktuk driver who lived on the street, who drove us to Nilaveli when we wanted to go out to dinner there. 15 minute tuktuk ride and very affordable. Our stay was perfect, thank you!
10/10Wonderful little house right on the beach, perfect for a small family. We visited several surrounding beaches but the one right outside was by far the best. The house had everything we needed. We actually extended our stay and also rented the property next door (equally cute).
