lovely place and fantastic hosts with friendly and accommodating housekeeper. walking distance from many dive centres. a quiet and spacious space, quite unlike any regular housing you would find. but the quiet may come with some downside as it is a little further distance from many amenities and restaurants within the area. a great spot for quiet reprieve nonetheless

Very nice and clean accommodation in a quiet location directly on a deserted dream beach. You can watch the fishermen at work and relax and look at the sea on the elevated terrace under sun protection, which was a highlight. The team around Kasthuri was warm, cleaned daily and was immediately available for questions (thank you again at this point!). Kian and Janah were also available at all times and very quick to respond. In addition, there was plenty of information about activities such as whale watching, etc. Particularly pleasant: free, cold water and breakfast. Another highlight was the sweet striped squirrels, which sweetened our stay with their silent presence. We felt completely comfortable and can absolutely recommend the place! Cheers!

A very special and nice place, right on the beach in the Dutch Bay. We liked to have our own place, with a cozy kitchen and garden. We received a very warm welcome and the breakfast was delicious every day. Comfortable bed. The team was always there for us and was super nice and helpful. Highly recommended!

Beautiful house located right on the beach along Dutch Bay. Special mention to Kasthuri, who was fantastic and made us an amazing Sri Lankan breakfast each day. Her and her team were really accommodation and helpful whenever we needed anything. Very unique house with lots of thoughts and details that have gone into it. Would highly recommend, especially if you want nearly private access to a swimmable beach and if you prefer to be located somewhere that is a bit outside the main touristy area. Amazing stay and we can't fault it!

Lovely beach villa in a very scenic spot on Trinco beach. Very good breakfast as well and the outdoor shower + terrace area are lovely to use.

We felt very comfortable, Kasthuri is a warm person, the breakfast wonderful & the location right on the beach mega. We enjoyed the rooftop terrace very much, an ideal place to relax. Great restaurants and many attractions, parking right in front of the house. We will be happy to come back. Thanks 🙏

K and J are amazing hosts. They truly added value to our trip, were very responsive and did their best to genuinely make sure we had the best time we could, I really appreciated that. They are super hosts after all.

Wonderful little house right on the beach, perfect for a small family. We visited several surrounding beaches but the one right outside was by far the best. The house had everything we needed. We actually extended our stay and also rented the property next door (equally cute).

The most beautiful and peaceful spot! Doorway onto the beach with crystal clear water, what more could you want! The sheltered balcony gives you a beautiful view, we watched an electric storm roll in over the water. Outside shower is an awesome addition. Everything you need is in the property, great a/c etc. Dutch bay is a quiet spot away from the busy tourist areas of Trincomalee. Bakery and ice cream vans regularly come down the street, there are little local shops and bakery very close. We met a great tuktuk driver who lived on the street, who drove us to Nilaveli when we wanted to go out to dinner there. 15 minute tuktuk ride and very affordable. Our stay was perfect, thank you!

The house, the town, the people, Kasthuri the housekeeper, Roshan our driver, foodie, and safari coordinator- all just magical. Then add in the beach, the food, the temples, the wildlife-just wow! The most amazing place we’ve ever visited! Highly, highly recommended!

Villa 234 is an oceanfront paradise... Quietly located with stunning views of the bay. This place was created in order to relax away from the bustle and enjoy solitude with nature. Lovely Kasthuri and Vikki kept the house clean, prepared delicious breakfasts with juice, helped with any questions, for which I am very grateful to them! Nearby there are shops, gastronomy, ATM, it is very convenient. Janah and Kian do everything for the comfort of guests and are ready to help at any time. I'm very happy to meet them! It was the best 3 weeks of vacation. I will definitely come back here :)

This beach villa was just as described - very well appointed and maintained and literally on the beach! We loved the many outdoor spaces (dining area, roof terrace, and beach loungers outside) and enjoyed the views very much. Janah was very communicative and the housekeeper, Kasthuri, was able to get us what we needed while in Trinco. When in season, I would very much recommend staying in this villa!

Sri Lanka has bin very good to us. But this place has it al!! Lovely place, nice kitchen and you walk straight from your bed to the sea. And then you can take a shower in the garden. We felt in love with this place. Breakfast was very nice, Sri Lanka food. We say go!
