Amazing place to stay. Overlooking an almost private beach. Plenty of restaurants and things to do just a short walk or tuk tuk ride away. Great place to relax for a while! The two house dogs - Fuge and Lala made the visit!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The house was absolutely beautiful – clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The host went above and beyond, always super helpful and quick to communicate, making the entire process seamless. The attention to detail and comfort truly made this trip memorable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay! Would absolutely book again.

We really liked this villa, it has a beach house vibe with a beautfiully designed style and is located right on the beach so we could go straight to sea bathe and surf. The staff are very nice and made us lovely breakfast. We will be staying here on our visits to Weligama.

The place is exceptional for several reasons: - Its location on the quiet side of Weligama (far from the big hotels and the bustle of the center) - but nevertheless accessible in 5min by tuktuk - 20min on foot by the beach. - The sea view from the bedroom and the bathroom. - The welcome, advice and availability of Saman and his breakfasts. - The decoration of the house with its interior basins and its opening onto an always clean swimming pool. - It's a beach house, with access to a shared kitchen and a fridge - Surf school just outside the gate giving access to the sea. - Access to bars and restaurant on foot from the beach

Perfect villa for a quiet and luxurious stay in weligama. Only 20meters to the beach (and it is the quiet part of weligama beach - not were all the surf schools, noisy beach bars and and big hotels are). Our room (upper floor - only 3 rooms total in main house - 2 rooms on upper floor) was very spacious with an incredible unobstructed view on the beach and an undeveloped piece of land with lots of king coconut trees/ jungle. Very large and comfortable double bed. Kitchen, pool, garden, interieur - all are very nice and charming. Good restaurants/ downtown is only away a 3min Tukutuk drive/ 20 min walk on the beach. The housemanager/ concierge Samen was very helpful, friendly and knowledgable - he even was installing a mosquitonet upon request before we arrived! And he is also very good cook if one has any wishes! All in all we had a 2 week holiday in paradise.

The interior was really beautiful and it’s next to the beach with a nice and clean pool. We almost had the house for us cause we booked 4 nights and only two nights there where other guests so it felt kinda like our house. They also have an helpful guard and the cutest dog

Lalin was incredibly responsive and answered my (many!) questions quickly and pleasantly. The villa itself is stunning and the staff were incredible. We didn’t have to think for ourselves as everything was done and our needs anticipated and more than met! The beach was right at our doorstep and, by far, a lot less crowded than the rest of the beaches in the area. We had it to ourselves most of the time. A stunning and enjoyable stay, highly recommend :)
