This is a spectacular property: recently remodeled, with all the amenities, and a great location. The views from the balcony are spectacular, and every aspect of the interior is top notch. The housekeeper and manager are also fantastic, and are there to help you in any way. Highly recommended!

The villa is truly amazing! Newly renovated, beautiful inside and outside design, very clean - everything was just perfect! The outside spaces are green and quiet, nevertheless it’s just a 15 min walk into the city center and to Kandy lake. The manager, housekeepers and owners were always available for any request and super friendly and nice. Delicious breakfast is included and served on the villa terrace. It’s really the perfect place to stay with a group of family or friends and we can 100% recommend it!

This is a truly magnificent place to stay, a perfect blend of opposites. It’s right in the centre of Kandy, a short walk from the Temple of the Tooth: yet it’s also surrounded by trees and vegetation – the monkeys often come for a visit – and just a couple of hundred yards from a rainforest reserve where you can go for glorious walks. It’s built in a beautiful traditional Sinhalese style, yet it’s incredibly comfortable and has all the modcons you need including a cinema room with movies. It has a well stocked kitchen, it’s easy to get food via uber eats, and the owners provided us with a nice welcome drink and breakfast. We only wish we had arranged to stay here for more than one night. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Kian and Janah’s place was really amazing! It was tastefully decorated and the property was peaceful and serene. The location was great as it was very close to the main part of the city but also away from the hustle bustle. Kian and Janah were very responsive and Prasanna was very warm and welcoming. The caretakers Rasu and Manju were the highlight of our stay. They made my parents feel so comfortable and made sure all their requests were fulfilled. I highly recommend this place!

This was one of the most beautiful places we've ever stayed in. It was in beautiful surroundings and the inside and outside were stylish, clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed. Prasanna was immensely helpful and kind, and the housekeeper and his wife looked after us very well
