Our stay at The Long Tea House was the absolute highlight of our trip. The house itself is a masterpiece of design—modern, serene, and perfectly integrated into the lush surroundings. However, what truly made our stay special was the people. Champika is a culinary gem; the food she prepared for us was easily some of the best we’ve had in Sri Lanka. Every meal was fresh, authentic, and made with so much care. Beyond the food, the level of kindness shown by the entire staff was humbling. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, striking the perfect balance between professional service and genuine warmth. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat with world-class hospitality, this is it. We can't wait to return.
