We had the best time at the villa. The location was a 10, private garden and pool, right on the beachfront. We had access to cafés and restaurants close by. A special mention to the lovely staff at the property who looked after us so well. The chef was outstanding and the food he cooked was restaurant quality. Definitely recommend this property and we will surely be back soon.

Our experience at Kabalana House was exception, from start to finish. The location is perfect, on the beach and 1km away from the vibrant town. The villa itself was beautifully designed, homely and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable, so thank you to Charlith and his team at Kabalana House. I could not fault anything and would love to go back.

Thank You for such an amazing Stay at Kabalan Mase! We have had the best time, and a lot of that is down to you! You have bored after us so well, you have ensured that this beautiful house is always booking its best and we appreciate you all so much. The food we have had has been amazing! best Sri Lankan foood we have had. So much, flavour, perfect spices and some exciting new. We really hope that one day we can return, because it was truely such a perfect stay at Kabalaya House. We'll miss you all and hope you all stay happy and healthy!

If paradise had a zip code, it would be this villa in Kabalana, Sri Lanka! Prasad the culinary wizard served extraordinary food, while Charith, Abilash, Thamindu, Nalaka the exceptional staff catered to our every whim with impeccable service. Attentive doesn’t begin to describe it—they practically read our minds. We’d recommend this gem anywhere. Absolute perfection!

Amazing stay! Fantastic house with amazing service. The house was great for a group of 8 friends. The food was fantastic and the location was perfect for surfing and relaxing.

Dropped by over the weekend with some friends to watch the sunset while sipping a cup of tea and enjoyed a lovely BBQ dinner. (best BBQ sauce I have ever had!) The rooms are very spacious and well appointed. Friendly staff and overall positive experience.

We spent three days of our honeymoon here. Couldn't have asked for or faulted anything. The food is top class in freshness and quality and the service is the best I have ever experienced anywhere in the world. If you come to Sri Lanka you must stay in Kabalana House.

I have never been more relaxed and happy than the way I felt while staying at the Ceilao Villa Kabalana House. I actually have felt very somber and down since returning home to the US. I miss Sri Lanka so much and especially the beach, the staff, the pool, and the food at the Kabalana House! Indika is a humble man with INCREDIBLE chef skills. I left the table extremely satisfied after every meal, and I was always able to try something new. During our stay I swam in the pool and the ocean, sun bathed, and visited the Galle Fort for some shopping. It was hard to leave the Kabalana house for anything, but the Galle Fort was worth it to see. I know I must make it back to Ceilao Villa Kabalana House soon for the comfort and the ease of feeling good in my own skin. I want to thank the staff for making our experience so extraordinary. They go above and beyond, and my friends and I had the time of our lives and bonded wonderfully through our experience of Sri Lanka and Ceilao Villas.
