Elysium Villa spoils its guest limitlessly with five, splendidly furnished, bedrooms that not only provide luxurious living but also make for personal sanctuaries with their intimate, minimal décor, plush king-sized beds with quality linen, traditional ceilings, and elegant furnishings. There are window seats, armchairs, and dressers for guests' use and one bedroom is, in fact, a family suite with an interconnected room that houses six bunk beds perfect for kids.
Most of the bedrooms are the epitome of contemporary elegance, however, the family room is more about culture with weathered furniture, traditional artwork on the walls, and darker tones. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and is accompanied by an en-suite bathroom that is equal parts convenience and luxury.

The beachfront location of Elysium Villa is truly a breathtaking sight as you can relax on the beachside lounge with plush sofas, and gates that lead directly to the sandy shores. A 20-metre swimming pool extending out in the ocean's direction is perfect for a refreshing dip and swimming laps. There are numerous sun chairs with parasols on the deck, so you can sunbathe or doze off under the tropical sun. The villa allows you to enjoy the outdoors in the best way possible with several alfresco dining spots located around the pool and gardens.
La Villa Elysium está diseñada al estilo de un complejo turístico con una amplia distribución que tiene en cuenta el océano, el verdor de los jardines, la playa de arena y la propia villa. Hay muchos espacios de vida amueblados con cómodos sofás con vistas a los jardines o al océano por toda la villa. La villa cuenta con una gran cantidad de sillas de ratán, tumbonas y sillas para tomar el sol. La amplia y lujosa zona de estar es ideal para pasar tiempo con los amigos y la familia, ya que está amueblada para ofrecer el máximo confort a los huéspedes. Hay dos sal ones con sofás blancos, armarios antiguos, sillas de diseño y uno con techo tradicional.
La opulencia de las habitaciones es evidente desde el momento en que se entra en ellas, mientras se contemplan las obras de arte que recubren la pared y los armarios tallados y los intrigantes artefactos. El comedor se encuentra en el patio con vistas al mar para que pueda disfrutar de un espléndido banquete en el jardín con sus seres queridos. Para su disfrute, hay incluso una mesa de billar en uno de los salones. Hay una cocina totalmente equipada en la que un chef personal puede prepararle deliciosas comidas si lo solicita.
La villa no sólo ofrece servicios completos de personal experimentado, como limpieza, seguridad, mantenimiento, etc., sino que incluso le permite aprovechar al máximo su hermosa ubicación ofreciendo alquiler de coches y masajes en la casa si lo solicita. Si lo desea, puede optar por reservar también los servicios de un chef personal. En la propiedad hay un gimnasio privado polivalente, equipado con todo tipo de maquinaria para sus necesidades de fitness.
When you're directly located on the beach, you have access to the crashing waves, sandy shores, and much more delightful sights than normal. Enjoy a day out and about the city of Galle with its age-old Dutch architecture and the Galle Fort. There are National Parks, museums, and galleries in the vicinity as well, ideal for those looking to learn something about Sri Lanka.

10/10We loved our stay at Elysium. It was a beautiful quiet place to return to after the chaos of street traffic. Lovely location south of Unawatuna away from tourists. Felt like we had the place to ourselves! Staff were very helpful and nothing was a problem. Food was exceptional! Close to turtle beach.

10/10Hands down, one of our best stays around the world! This will be a very difficult review to write as I’m afraid I won’t find the words to describe the amazing stay we had. This is the most beautiful boutique hotel you will find around Galle. Beautiful decor, art, vibe, feel. We were meant to stay 4 nights, ended up staying 7 nights. We preferred to lose the money at a hotel in Bentota, just to come back here for three more nights. We understand this sounds pretentious, however, this place is so good, we felt was the right move to really finish the holiday on a high note. The rooms are gorgeous, clean and very, very spacious. Beautifully decorated. We stayed two nights at a pool room and the rest of the nights at a beach view room (also with pool access). Both were equally amazing, with direct access to the gorgeous infinity pool, handy outdoor shower, comfortable mattress and pillows.

10/10We stayed as a large group at the Elysium Villa near Galle. The Villa was beautiful, the staff very attentive, the food wonderful and the location was great. Although you can't swim on the beach directly in front of the villa if the waves are big there are areas to swim fairly close by and the beach is beautiful. Each of the villas rooms are in a cottage of their own set in a large garden. Everywhere is beautifully decorated with lots of great touches and places for lounging. The kids bunk room was a very cool place for the kids to hang out. We could not fault the villa or the organization of the villa agency and were certainly go again.
10/10Well.... what can we say ? Others before have written about this magical paradise, which it assuredly is !!! We had a marvellous magical experience - the Elysium experience. Of course, you know it is a beautiful villa in a fabulous location... truly faultless in every way : a garden to die for, everything fastidiously maintained; everything designed to please the eye. But these are the physical things, things which are hugely important to the complete experience, but far from the whole story ! That story is really made by your fabulous team whose smiles and warmth made us so welcome and relaxed and attended to everything we needed (including local medical treatment). We loved the dining experiences, delighting in all the wonderful dishes presented to us in the carefully prepared candle-lit setting of the pool house. One night, we had grilled fish out in the "ocean" house. Judging by their smiles, I think your team got as much pleasure from seeing us so happy, as we did from eating these fabulous meals! Two of them earn special thanks - your cook Kumudu for such wonderful food. And Chatura, who has been our main link with everyone else, because of his excellent English. He, more than anyone, has been responsible for our Sri Lankan experience.... always helpful, always smiling, nothing is too much trouble for him. We can tell that he really KNOWS how to provide top class hospitality ! And, of course, Chamara for arranging everything. 10/10I completed this villa in February 2006 and it is lovely to come back and see how it has matured…especially the gardens. Thank you for your hospitality and congratulations to you and your staff on the way the property is maintained and operated : really excellent. Lorraine and I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it.
10/10You will live forever in our memories. The beautiful villa, the "champa" flowers, dinners at the master round table, incredible curries, the many laughs we had while playing in the pool, Chatura's incredible warmth and hospitality (my mother wanted to take him home !), Chamara's brilliant Sri Lankan smile... and then of course the intimate wedding on the beach. Elysium is in a word our definition of paradise. We do hope to come back again and again. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful.
