Las tranquilas aguas costeras de Ambalama Villa dan la bienvenida a los huéspedes para abrazar la vista panorámica del océano. Ambalama Villa hace honor a su nombre, lugar de descanso, cuando se traduce. Es un paraíso escondido en la isla. Completamente silenciado fuera del ruido del tráfico, los huéspedes son mimados con sonidos de hojas bulliciosas contra la brisa fácil. El entorno de 4 dormitorios abraza cálidos tonos dorados y una veranda al aire libre.
A través de los pabellones, se encuentran las habitaciones de 4 suites. Se completan con recintos con paneles de madera, un techo de hierba de Cogon cuidadosamente descongelado y camas con dosel envueltas en tela de gasa. Las suites se abren a su propia terraza y al impresionante panorama marítimo. Hay aire acondicionado y ventiladores de techo para refrescar los días tropicales más calurosos. No obstante, las alfombras primitivamente extravagantes e inmaculadas incluyen asientos en la habitación. Los amplios cuartos de baño, iluminados por el sol, tienen techos altos, dos lavabos y duchas de lluvia.

La piscina privada se extiende a lo largo de los jardines recién cuidados. 13 metros de agua brillante bajo el sol tropical están acompañados por una zona de comedor informal y tumbonas a ambos lados. Para añadir tonos más fríos al ambiente dorado del espacio, los cojines de color verde azulado adornan el mobiliario. Los jardines están recién cuidados por su propio personal de limpieza y jardinero. La sección central del jardín puede ser un lugar perfecto para celebrar fiestas en el jardín o una pequeña barbacoa. Además, hay un pabellón al aire libre que alberga un espacio para sentarse al estilo de una veranda. Los lujosos colchones encierran una humilde mesa perfecta para tomar el té, beber zumos o abrir una cerveza fría.
Una zona de estar más amplia es el punto focal de un pabellón central; el espacio, de tonos dorados, está decorado con sofás de tejido tradicional, generosas cantidades de cojines, una mesa de centro baja y una colección de piezas de bronce. Todo ello bajo un techo de paja y ventiladores de color blanco nacarado. El salón central está cerrado con paneles de madera que se abren a la vista panorámica del océano. Una segunda zona de estar alberga la mesa de comedor redonda con capacidad para 8 personas. El espacio se completa con una escultura de piedra de un caballo y vibrantes flores.

Un gran equipo de personal está listo para mimar a los huéspedes de Ambalama Villa con ayuda de cinco estrellas. Los huéspedes no tendrán que preocuparse de mantener la mansión en perfectas condiciones gracias al gerente y al ayudante del gerente, al chef privado, a los asistentes de la villa, a los jardineros, al encargado de la piscina y a los guardias de seguridad 24 horas Si se solicitan masajistas y niñeras, se añadirá un pequeño suplemento. Tenga en cuenta que puede aplicarse un cargo por descorche de bebidas alcohólicas.
Tucked far away from the hustle and bustle of the city centers, the villa offers perfect proximity for guests to indulge in the sunrise views of Rumassala Mountain</strong. With a small charge for rental cars, guests need not worry about transport to and fro. Feast on tasty burgers, hand-cut chips and meaty kebabs at Koko's On The Beach, or perhaps go Luna Terrace to grab a cocktail or two. Spa-hop to the famous Amangalla to have a session of detoxifying body scrub, followed by a herbal or milk bath.

8/10Fabulous location, beautiful setting, lovely villa. Very clean, staff is very friendly. The highlight is roshans food. We went out a couple of times but in the end concluded that the food in the villa was the best. He has great hands. Must stay at ambalama. Highly recommend it.
10/10My wife and I spent 6 days with 2 friends at this wonderful luxury villa near Galle, Sri Lanka. In short, if you want relaxation, superb setting on the beach, an exquisite luxury villa, exceptional food, amazing sunsets, setting to die for, and unobtrusive and friendly Sri Lankan hospitality then don't hesitate to book Ambalama! You won't be disappointed!
10/10A return visit with my wife a year on but this time accompanied by her mother and aunt. Wow, our fantastic memories from last year didn't fail us. The staff are fantastic, the food amazing, the service impeccable and the location and views.......well, absolutely breathtaking! We were blessed with great weather and had the whole spacious villa to ourselves.

10/10After the marvellous experience of last year,I knew what to expect in terms of the amazing proximity of the sea, the sunset views, the sound of the waves as you fall asleep. The food was excelent in 2014 but has gotten even better I think and the chef is game to execute requests and does so with panache and imagination. We had the good fortune to witness turtles clambering up the beach to lay their eggs. What an experience! The staff were super friendly and remembered us from the first visit, giving an extra glow to the hospitality and service. I cannot imagine a better place to relax in a sophisticated environment, so close to the sea, but with the luxury of respectful and super friendly service. I hope to return before long!
