Perfectas para familias pequeñas o parejas, las habitaciones son adecuadas para un sueño reparador, ya que las camas dobles y las de dos plazas vienen con mosquiteras para mantener a raya a los insectos, si los hay. Las habitaciones están equipadas con una iluminación tenue para crear un ambiente luminoso y relajante.
El cuarto de baño está conectado a las dos habitaciones, y dispone de instalaciones de agua alimentadas por energía solar como iniciativa ecológica. Los espejos están revestidos con bombillas eléctricas para un verdadero momento de diva, ¡e ideal para el maquillaje!

Lounge on the beach chairs as you gaze at the ocean or sunbathe, to feel utterly relaxed and at ease. The clear blue skies are conducive to a heady tranquility that you'll soon get used to. Enjoy a relaxing morning with family and friends as you swim and frolic on the beach, building sandcastles and what not. With fishermen being your only point of contact, and that too only rarely, you have all the place to yourself! Dine beside the water for a truly enchanting experience.
Una zona de estar con un diseño bonito y estético es lo que le recibe al entrar por la puerta de madera antigua. La terraza está amueblada con una zona de comedor, y el interior está amueblado con cómodos sofás y sillas para relajarse. Hay armarios antiguos y baratijas colocadas en el interior de la habitación para darle un ambiente rústico que le levantará el ánimo al instante y le hará sentirse como en casa. El techo abovedado está diseñado de forma tradicional y tiene una iluminación que cuelga de él para darle un toque auténtico.
Cene al aire libre bajo las estrellas, o elija cenar en el interior en la zona de estar mientras disfruta de una comida recién preparada en la cocina totalmente equipada. La cocina es abierta y está equipada con todos los electrodomésticos y servicios modernos que pueda necesitar para una comida agradable y casera. Ha sido diseñada con paredes de cemento pulido, y una pared mediana de separación para un aspecto completo.
Además de los servicios diarios de limpieza, el amable y complaciente personal de la villa estará encantado de ayudarle en todo lo que necesite. Si lo solicita, pueden proporcionarle un servicio de lavandería e incluso organizar un coche/conductor para llevarle por los alrededores. Si quiere que le planifiquen alguna excursión o viaje, pueden hacerlo.
Hay muchas cosas interesantes que hacer en Ambalangoda, como criaderos de tor tugas para ver huevos de tortuga, fábricas de batik, lugares de interés patrimonial, templos antiguos a los que rendir homenaje y otros. Si lo que desea son restaurantes y tiendas locales, hay muchos en la zona. También se puede explorar la vecina Hikkaduwa, popular entre los turistas. Si todo lo demás falla, tiene toda la playa a la vuelta de la esquina.
10/10Place and location are great. Clean and comfortable house and backyard. Wonderful food. Beautiful, clean and absolutely empty beach practically in the backyard.
10/10Quarantined for 7 days here but it was more like an idyllic escape. The communication from owner Sudath from the get-go was very reassuring and the friendliness of his manager Kasun who consistently went above and beyond to meet our needs made our stay truly exceptional. Kasun answered all of our questions and curiosities about the country and the food. The veg curry made by the cooks was by far best thing on menu. One feels very connected and looked after here. Villa is very simple and charming with good a/c in bedrooms and the location is more stunning than pics suggest . Place cleaned every day, and even a basket of laundry done for no cost. When asked what they could do to improve our stay we really struggled to find an answer, which explains everything.
10/10Very nice house, directly at the lovely and lonely beach of Ambalangoda. If you want privacy and quietness it is the right place to go. We were there with our two kids (2&4). They liked it. All beds had mosquito nets and were comfortably. Good working & not very noisy AC in the bed rooms. Food was good. Breakfast is included and lunch and dinner optional. Recommend the curry. Breakfast also very good. Home made passion fruit jam!! Staff is superfriendly and always available. There are no shops, supermarket or restaurants nearby. But tuctuc is very cheap and always available, just pick up one at the street. You can hear the street noise a bit at night as the bed rooms are closer to the street. In the garden you don‘t hear it. Just waves…?
10/10We had a very special time at the villa, it was really close to the beach and we got to experience the local creatures, a kabaragoya, birds, transparent crabs and even a hermit crab. This time of year the beach is very rough and it isn’t safe to swim. Found the sound to be really soothing. It wasn’t easy to find the place ourselves but after a call to Kasun he helped with everything from the parking spot to food delivery to cleaning etc. Very happy with the place. Would like to come again in January when the weather is better and trash is not showing up on the beach.
10/10Red Parrot is a very nice full equipment beach house with the most beautiful view. Directly on the beach. The staf is incredibly frendly and make very delicious food. The owner Sudath is very helpfull and organize everything you really need. We highly recommend it!
