On 14th February 2020, before WHO characterised Covid-19 as a pandemic, we implemented flexible booking policies to support any existing and future villa reservations and bookings.
As travellers of the world ourselves, we know the Covid-19 pandemic has made it difficult to plan holidays abroad and has affected any thoughts you may have had for a tropical beach holiday. As villa specialists, we also know how hard it is for our villa owners who have faced postponement requests from guests. This has led to a loss of income that is normally used to pay for maintenance of the villa and to compensate their villa staff. A beautiful, clean villa after all, needs some looking after.
As a team, we want our flexible booking policies to support both our guests and owners; for you, our guests to truly enjoy your villa holiday without any worries, and for our owners, to still receive our standard service fee for listing and handling all successful bookings through our website.
