The expansive terrace is well-furnished with wicker chairs and outdoor coffee tables for a quaint corner for your morning or evening tea. Relax on the sunbeds placed on the pool deck as you breathe in the fresh coastal air.
Upstairs, you can access the spacious veranda that extends panoramic views of the scenery. Villa Sulanga features exquisite and well-kept gardens that are just perfect if you are traveling with kids or if you wish to simply relax on the freshly-cut grass.

You have a stunning collection of artefacts gathered from across the island of Sri Lanka along with Chinese furniture, framed mirrors, vases, and artwork. The colonial-inspired décor is testament to the history of Sri Lanka and elements of modern tropical living echo the work of renowned architect Geoffrey Bawa.
The dining area at Villa Sulanga is housed separately in an open-concept pavilion or a traditional ambalama – a place to rest – adjacent to the living room. The dining room extends views of the ocean right from the table itself so you have an amazing backdrop while you relish wholesome Sri Lankan food. 10/10Oh Villa Sulanga, how grateful we are. For the memories you’ve given, near and far. From the lush gardens to the ocean view. We were captivated by the beauty of you. Your team, oh so kind and warm. Made us feel at home from the moment we were born. Their hospitality like no other. They treated us like sister and brother. The food they prepared, oh so delicious. Our taste buds were never left malicious. The Sri Lankan cuisine, oh so divine We still crave it, even after we left your shrine. Your rooms, so cosy and so comfortable. We slept like babies, without any trouble. The sound of the waves so soothing and calm. We woke up refreshed, with a sense of balm. Thank you Villa Sulanga for everything you’ve done. We’ll cherish these memories, like rays of sun. Your team, oh so wonderful and kind. Will forever remain in our hearts and mind.
10/10My wife and I have had villa vacations in many places - Bali, Phuket, Koh Samui. Without doubt, our stay at Villa Sulanga was the best ever! The villa itself is very good, well maintained. Truly on the beach, just step away from the villa's gate. The staff and their service were excellent. The manager Asanka took care of all our needs and requests with aplomb. The Chef made Sri Lankan dishes we requested and they were delicious. Top it all, the staff sprung a elaborate celebration for our wedding anniversary. It was truly memorable. I will certainly recommend Villa Sulanga highly!
10/10We had the most relaxing, wonderful break at your villa. The staff here provided the most professional service. Thank you.
