Villa Vista

Villa Vista consists of a main villa and a cottage, which together can accommodate up to 9 guests maximum. In the main villa, there are 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, which are made up of a Master Bedroom with a king-sized bed, Bedroom 1 with its queen-sized bed and Bedroom 2 with its queen-sized bed and an extra single bed to fit 3 pax. Meanwhile, the private 1-room cottage comes with a queen-size bedding that sleeps 2, and has a private pool to boot. Decked in wood for its wall panels, flooring and ceilings for all the rooms, they conjure a cosy, warm and intimate atmosphere while facing soothing sea views for blissful days.

A private driveway takes guests via a secure access and entry into the villa. And voila, a 60ft infinity pool that runs the length of the villa’s interiors and which overlooks the large manicured tropical garden and Weligama Bay lies waiting to surprise the unsuspecting guest! There is a moving platform that can slide across the pool for guests to have fun with and possibly even sit on or lie across the water surface.

One of the unique elements that is a brainchild of the villa’s master architect is the main living area that opens out to the infinity pool outside and beyond, where the bays and distant hills are located. Also a highlight are the intersecting panels of the floors, walls and ceilings to frame the 3 different views that can be visible from indoors, namely the ocean that can be seen from the jungle in the valley, the spectacular view of Weligama Bay from the living space and the views of the cliffs. The villa also consists of a fully-equipped gym, a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area and read this: a movie room with underwater windows looking into the pool!

The rooms at Villa Vista are fitted with air-conditioning, room darkening shades as well as extra pillows and blankets for guests’ comfort. There is complimentary WiFi Internet for use, books and reading materials at guests’ disposal, a dedicated workspace, and which guests can also request for a massage therapist from the staff to have massage sessions performed for them on site.
