What a hidden gem this villa is! We stayed 2 nights to visit Yala and only 2 of us for this 3 bedroom place. It would be ideal for families too, but also suited us to have all the space, the pool as well as a lovely bedroom with en-suite bathroom. It’s been beautifully designed & with stylish furnishings. The property is quiet, backs onto a lake you can walk around & lots of birds. As well as monkeys in the back garden! And a few lizards. The best bit though has to be the staff who are on hand for anything! So very friendly & always wanted to make sure we were happy, which was lovely. Overall highly recommended.

The house is beautifully located on a lake, surrounded by nature, in a large garden with some wildlife. It is very cozily furnished and we had all the rooms, a private pool with terrace and an observation tower at our disposal. The staff really took care of us very lovingly, the food was so delicious! Everything was always tidy and very clean. The communication with them was very successful in advance and we got support for safari bookings. I would highly recommend this house to anyone!

We stayed with our family of 5 two nights in this fantastic villa. The house is beautifully decorated with spacious rooms with good air conditioning. The living spaces are also really beautiful ! The staff was very friendly and always responded quickly. They took great care of us, and they are the best! They provided us with a delicious, extensive breakfast every morning. We enjoyed 2 evenings of a delicious dinner, first of the BBQ and then of an extensive Sri Lankan dinner. They was incredibly thoughtful, friendly, and helpful. Perfect, quiet location with a beautiful lake adjacent to the garden with a lookout tower where you can sit quietly and enjoy. And the perfect base for a safari in Yala. Recommended !!

Super nice place in a really nice environment. Very well maintained and incredibly nice and hard-working staff. We felt very comfortable and were so warmly received. In addition, we were able to observe crocodiles in the lake. Overall highly recommended! 10/10

The villa is very nice and clean and you can spot peacocks and monkeys in the morning. The staff member who is the caretaker is very helpful and friendly. Understands your needs and completes promptly. We enjoyed the stay.
